EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT

Diamond Dazzler does not offer refunds.

Requests for exchanges or store credit must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and require prior approval from Diamond Dazzler.

All sales are considered final unless a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED

Do not return any item without prior authorization.

Do not return products to the return address listed on the shipping label, package, or shipping carrier documentation.

Any unauthorized return may be refused and may not qualify for an exchange or store credit.

If your request is approved, Diamond Dazzler will provide the appropriate return instructions and authorized return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by Diamond Dazzler.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
